Booking Your Procedure

Once Parkside Cosmetic Surgery has provided you with your quote, and are happy to proceed, simply contact our office on 08 8357 0300 during business hours to establish when we can perform your procedure and together we will determine the next suitable date.

The date will be held for you on the basis that a deposit must be paid 28 days prior to the procedure date.  If the date selected is within 28 days, a deposit must be paid immediately.  The deposit amount is normally $750.00.  Payment can be made by Cash, Bank Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS or bank transfer (we do not accept personal cheques).

Once the deposit has been received, you will be required to book a pre-admission appointment, no later than 2 weeks prior to your surgery date, at which time will discuss your admission requirements and provide you with any medication which may be required.

The balance of payment will be required on the day of the procedure, prior to admission. Please note, there is no flexibility with balance of payments.  If you do not have the funds on the day, the doctor will not proceed.
