What is it?
The eMatrixTM system with Syneron's unique Sublative RejuvenationTM treatment goes beyond fractional methods for skin resurfacing. Sublative Rejuvenation is a non-laser and non-light - based treatment that utilises RF sublation - fractionated bipolar radio frequency technology - to place the heat energy effectively into the dermis where it can produce significant dermal impact with minimal epidermal disruption.
The new eMatrix e2 has unmatched intelligent design and control, combining Syneron's unique fractional Radiofrequency technology. This system is engineered for safety, efficacy and versatility. Intelligent Feedback System (IFS) monitors skin progress and controls the actual energy delivered per pin for consistent energy delivery.

How does it work?
Fractional Abative Skin Resurfacing has the clinical benefit of enabling lateral heat spread - leading to the appearance of skin tightening.
By utilising RF sublation - fractionated bipolar radio frequency technology - heat energy is effectively placed into the dermis where it can produce significant dermal impact with minimal epidermal disruption.
The heat energy produces a triangular-shaped pattern of impact. This ablative and coagulative zone widens underneath the skin's surface, where layers of the dermal connective tissue and collagen can withstand high heat.
The RF energy generates deep dermal heating in the region which induces skin injury, thus eliciting a wound healing response. Less affected tissue around the region may be stimulated by the heat, helping to accelerate the healing process - and leading to the appearance of tighter, rejuvenated skin.
Because the sublative targeting is specific, clinical results are maximised, reducing the risk of adverse side effects. Intended for wrinkle reduction and overall texture improvement for all skin types, sublative rejuvenation allows for stronger collagenesis.
After treatment with the eMatrix system for Sublative Rejuvenation, most patients showed improvement in facial parameters such as skin brightness (83%) and skin smoothness/wrinkle reduction (90%)*
How many treatments are required?
Individual results will vary. Most patients will see benefits after one treatment. However, a second treatment may be required depending on the condition of your skin.
Improvement is progressive. EMatrix creates remodelling and regrowth of your skin's collagen and elastin fibre structures. Results will start to appear immediately, but the final result may take weeks to months after treatment as the skin heals from the deeper layers, and continues to improve over time.
Results can last for years depending on your age, skin condition and your home based regime.

Juvederm with Lidocaine
Juvederm is an injectable gel that adds volume to skin and lips with natural looking results.
Now, Juvederm is the only dermal filler that has been formulated with an anaesthetic (lidocaine).
This means that fewer injections are required, as a separate anaesthetic is not needed. This makes the treatment more comfortable and simplifies the procedure.
